Check you qualify

Vehicle

• Your vehicle is a standard UK model (not imported) and does not have Diplomatic or Northern Ireland number plates.
• Your vehicle does not have a ‘Q’ registration number.
• Your vehicle is not owned by a leasing company.

All of the drivers of the vehicle

• No-one has been refused or had insurance cancelled or declined or had any special terms imposed on another policy.
• All drivers who will be named on the policy hold a UK licence or an EEC licence.
• In total, all of the drivers do not have more than 5 motoring convictions in the last 5 years or more than 5 accidents and/or claims in the last 5 years.
• All drivers who will be named on the policy are permanent residents of the UK and intend to remain so for at least 1 year.
• None of the drivers who will be named the policy have had any County Court Judgements in the past 6 years.
• No drivers named on the policy have any criminal offence or prosecution pending.

Yourself

• If you need business use this will be for yourself (the policyholder) only.
• You are the registered owner and keeper of the vehicle.
• Your no claims discount (if you have any) has been earned in the UK, and you can provide proof of this.
• You do not live in a caravan site, hotel, guest house, mobile home, company address or licensed premises.
